We accept small to medium-sized pets up to 20 kg that are accustomed to staying in an apartment. For pets over 20 kg, management reserves the right to accept them or not. A mandatory cleaning fee of €50 applies at the end of the stay.

The apartment is exceptional. Very clean, extremely well furnished with a wide range of utensils, cutlery, and dishes. The linen was fresh and fragrant. Very close to grocery stores, the town of Pinzolo, and the ski lifts.

We stayed here for a week as a group of six people and a baby. The apartment was ideal: a huge kitchen and dining area, a living room with a large balcony, and three bedrooms on the other side of the apartment, perfect for putting the baby to sleep. We felt right at home here. Nearby there are shops and playgrounds, and just a few minutes away there is a cycle path along the river. You really couldn’t ask for much more.

The truth is that the apartment was beautiful and the place is very quiet. The sound insulation of the apartment is excellent, as are the rooms and the overall design of the property. The owner is very kind and helpful and responds promptly to any need. I highly recommend it, and if I return to the area, I would rent it again.
